This afternoon I briefly met up with Nick on his way back after staying overnight at a BNP branch Christmas party. Unfortunately I couldn't make the Birmingham Christmas do on Friday owing to the late delivery of my new cooker, with the prospect of nothing to cook my Christmas lunch enough to swiftly extract me from risk taking mood.
Talking to Nick, everything seems in place for the European elections apart of course from the massive amount of money involved in a professional and credible campaign. As each piece of dire economic news further enhances our chances of success next June, even from our gathering in Windermere the prognosis has improved considerably. Newspaper reports today of major retail outlets about to go into receivership and poor people being hammered with 27% interest on government loans will hardly detract from that position.
Referring to a post I made in early November concerning a rumour to ban the St George's Day march in West Bromwich, disturbing news reaches me on this theme. It would seem that the ruling Labour Council in Sandwell have objected to the fact that "political extremists" were present at the last march and that as such they wish the march to be banned if this reoccurs this year.
Obviously mindful of the forthcoming European elections in June, Sandwell's Labour Politburo are naturally concerned about the elimination of any form of meaningful political opposition. During the last European contest in Sandwell Labour polled 27,500 votes, the Conservatives 13,000 votes, the LibDems 6,900 votes and the BNP 10,000 votes. With 13% of the total vote share, easily beating the LibeDems, the interpretation of the term "extremist" does look somewhat shaky.
Unperturbed by this Labour, the party who would not allow the phrase "English" on the last census, have come up with the following somewhat less than subtle measures to ensure that any deviance from their way of thinking is eradicated:
Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council
Report to the Cabinet
17th December, 2008
St George’s Day Parade
Recommendations of the Scrutiny Management Board
1. Summary Statement
1.1 On 16 October 2008 the Scrutiny Management Board considered a report and evidence into the St George’s Day Parade and made the following
recommendations.
(1) that the Management Board notes that there is clear evidence of
far-right political extremists infiltrating the 2008 St George's Day
Parade in Sandwell, with no apparent observation or record of this
by any of the stakeholders;
(2) that the Cabinet and other stakeholders be recommended:-
(a) to examine the evidence of the events that took place,
particularly in the context of the responsibility of all public
bodies to promote good race relations and develop
community cohesion in Sandwell;
(b) to give early consideration to how, and if, political extremism
can be eliminated at any future St George's Day events in
the Borough;
(c) to give consideration to developing the St George's Day
celebrations into a static park event with the aim of
providing a family-friendly event in a safe environment;
(d) that an analysis of the members of the public who attend
future events is undertaken by stakeholders;
(e) that intelligence is gathered on any future events by all
stakeholders in order that early de-briefings can identify
issues and concerns;
(f) that no politicians be invited to speak at any future St
George's Day events and that no political parties be able to
display banners or promotional materials;
(g) that West Midlands Police Officers undergo training to develop an
awareness of the covert signs of any political extremism at future
events.
In case any of you are left in any doubt as to what this actually distills down to, later in the report we see the following little gems:

Let's look at this once again. "Stewarding/marshalling plans to be eveloped in conjunction with the Police and Security Company to manage extremist groups out of the Parade". "That the Cabinet and other stakeholders be recommended to insure that intelligence is gathered on any future events by all stakeholders in order that early de-briefings can identify issues and concerns. Police have agreed to assist in the debrief procedure, providing a structure and clarity of purpose to the process".
As most of you will already know, West Bromwich is the place of my birth and naturally enough being proud of being English, I happen to enjoy a great deal this most patriotic family parade amongst tens of thousands of fellow black country people. It would seem though that this time Labour intend to arrange for the police to either prevent me from attending or physically removing me, along with many other BNP members.
What a headline that would be in the run up to the European elections - "BNP deputy leader arrested for attending St George's Day Parade". I can't wait and speaking to a few of the chaps responsible for the march last year, I've little doubt that they'll not be intimidated by this disgusting interference in their day. After all it was local Labour MP Tom Watson who threatened to have them all arrested when the Stone Cross St George Association defied both Labour and the police by starting off the march in the first place.
For those of you who did not see the video of me during last year's parade, here it is, I still get emotional looking at it now.

Who are included under the heading of "stakeholders", Simon?
See if the BNP can arrange for BNP supporting WW2 veterans, and BNP pensioners to attend.
Once again , where are all these extreemists acts the BNP are allegedly doing?
The police arrest 13 BNP members distributing perfectly LEGAL anti-racist leaflets, they arrest a BNP supporting publican for having cuttings from a daily newspaper on his own pub wall, they arrest a BNP member for saying to his German neighbour "remember dunkirk"
This is extreemisim ?
Handing over your country and its people to a foreign ILLEGAL EU, is extreme.
illegally invading countries and forcing demoracy upon them is extreme.
A government making laws to say it's ok to discriminate against a white male, yet a criminal offence and unlimited fines if a white should discriminate against a non white. is extreme.
There was a time it was illegal to commit treason against your own country and it's people, and people were free to speak out against it!
now its an offence to speak up for your country, and it's way of life.
Simon we are ok!
They said extremist groups that can't be us we are a legal political party or haven't those goons noticed yet?
By the way how's the bread making coming along?
Uncle Tom
GOVERNMENT TO BAN ST GEORGE'S PARADE. POLICE TO BE TRAINED IN COVERT TACTICS TO APPREHEND BNP MEMBERS.
You really couldn't make it up. There were 10,000 people in that parade and not a single breach of the peace or an act that could have been a threat to public order. Veterans, School-children, Housewives, together with our very own Black Countryman Simon Darby.
It should be plain to anyone that this government loathes English history and the English so much that it will do everything it can to suppress us, and, ultimately, destroy our identity. It has, on several occasions, already been deemed a "Hate Crime" to display the English flag of St George. How long will it be before a Remembrance Sunday parade is deemed a Hate Crime? How long before simply showing a white face in an ethnically-enriched area is deemed a Hate Crime?
I guarantee you that it WILL happen, folks.
honestly these labour extemeists make me laugh no politicians allowed unless of course they are lib/lab/con lets hope they do get on there high horse and make themselves look foolish again afterall they are pretty good at that.
PLEASE DIGG THIS STORY, FOLKS!

I once asked a friend who had quite a lot degrees and qualifications what was the difference between Communism and Fascism, he replied none except the names and the people who practice it. When I see the Labour party coming out with this rubbish, they might as well put up a giant banner saying that they are one or the other. I feel that they have definitely lost it, there seems to be a major artery about ready to burst. It is like some mad despotic megalomaniac has gone completely insane, this would eventually lead to his downfall and being replace by some saner and more acceptable regime. Why dose Labour act they way they do, their blatant racist policy towards the English is when you examine their background, most of them are not English.
Simon,
This is dynamite - surely it needs to go on the main website - and I think a request for all activists to attend this St George's Day parade is definitely in order.
Calls to replace St George as England's patron saint to avoid offending you know who http://www.jihadwatch.org/dhimmiwatch/archives/012083.php
The borough council's statement can be summed up as follows:
Shaft anyone you don't like.
I trust that the parade goes ahead as planned.
Simon like anon, I am wondering who the hell the stakeholders are.
Do they mean the public, or do they mean their common purpose brigade.
Anyroads this could yet be another massive gain for the BNP. I bet if UAF and other extreeme leftist organisations turned up the Labour party would be happy.
Time for ex servicemen to turn up wearing medals and the whole events to be videoed and used to highlight any extreme communist police tactics that the labour party might use.
Let them arrest you Simon, the Turn out at court Will be huge, and it will finish the Labour party off.
AP
Its just an attempt to intimidate.
Go ahead in 2009 and invite as many English people from all regions as possible.
What would the ACPO goons do about it if 50,000 English people turned up?
Lets make it the biggest parade ever!
Simon.
I'm just reading the back of my membership card and according to human rights article 10, You have every right to be there without interference by public authority.
Could you be accompanied by a legal representative on the day.
This is your home town after all.
I'm sure that we can deal with this, We have time to plan and we're smarter than them.
I love this expression 'stakeholder' - a typical example of Orwellian 'newspeak' beloved of the chattering classes; but whatever you do, don't ask them what it means: they won't be able to give a coherent answer. I find the word amusing. It conjures up an image from an old Hammer film of Dracula clutching a stake which has pierced his heart while his night is being ruined by the shafts of dawn breaking through the darkness. Still, as we are talking about the Labour party and the sanitizing effect of the BNP, perhaps the image isn't so inappropriate.
'Pilgrim'
"Patriots to be banned from Patriots' Parade"
Some headline.
I like this phrase from the report:
"...the responsibility of all public bodies to promote good race relations and develop community cohesion in Sandwell"
S'funny. It is New Labour's policy of needlessly importing people of other races into this country from culturally dissimilar places such as Pakistan - with the obvious intention of displacing the indigenous white population - that has caused any race relation and community cohesion problems.
I would bet any money that back in the days when the area now known as Sandwell was home to only indigenous British people there were absolutely no problems with either race relations or community cohesion.
You mentioned New Labour omitting the word "English" from the last census. You may be interested to learn about Scotland's New Ethnicity Classification, in which White - English is now an official category.
The list of categories also includes such oddities as Pakistani Scottish, Indian Scottish, Bangladeshi Scottish and African Scottish. I wonder if Zimbabwe, say, has an official form with "Scottish African" as one of the ethnic categories?
No matter how many times I read stuff, I cound not spot the differences between Communism & Fascism, so thanks to Dan England's clever mate I feel at ease.
History tells us that when a power is nearing it's end, their actions to retain power become more drastic. This explains the Sandwell politburo's proposed actions.
Simon, have you noticed the change in the Daily Mail's readers responses? They hardly ever printed anything of mine, but now .... Notice the change in this article http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1099344/15-retail-giants-bust-month-wake-Woolworths-collapse.html
My job, people have to ask me "Is it busy?" usually talk quite frankly and I can tell you that the overwhelming majority of those I speak to believe in the BNP & their policies. The problem is the "yoofs," they in general haven't any political awareness.
And finally a tip, don't waste time buying these "cheap" supermarket wines. Join a well known wine seller/cellar, for example get 12 bottles delivered to your door every quarter and enjoy the fruits of the world. I only ever drank French, German, S. African, USA and Australian wines. My horizons have been broadened to include Italy, Spain, Portugal, Hungarian, Romania, Moldova, Georgia, Chile, Argentina and New Zealand, all highly recommendable. Beautiful stuff.
I'd be very happy to come to the next West Bromwich St. Georges Day Parade. Last year's was absolutely fantastic.
Concise Oxford English dictionary says a Stakholder is.
1. an independant party with whom money or counters wagered are deposited.
2 A person with an interest or concern in something.
One would assume that in this case number 2 applies, being us the people. However number 1 could also apply since the private security firm and no doubt a councilor or two will have a few bob at stake in this proposed enterprise.
